In exchange for privileged access to off-market properties, you commit to working exclusively with us for your property search. Our compensation comes from the seller side. In return for exclusive access to our off-market network, we ask that you work with Wiens & Roth for your property search during the agreement term.

You're giving Wiens & Roth a 90-day exclusive window to match your property with a qualified buyer before you list it publicly. During that period, you agree not to list on the MLS or with another brokerage. You're never obligated to accept any offer — and if no match is made within 90 days, you're free to pursue other options. At any point, you can also choose to convert to a full listing with Wiens & Roth including MLS marketing.
